Who answers
Rubber is written by a small team that spends its own days in Elasticsearch and OpenSearch clusters. The address on this page goes to that team. There is no support tier above it and no queue to be escalated through.
No bots, no outsourced ticket desk. Whether you have found a bug, want something the app does not do yet, or cannot get a connection to work, the reply comes from the people who wrote the part you are asking about.
Expect a personal reply within 24 hours. From inside the app, Help ▸ Suggest an Improvement sends the same message with your version already attached, which saves a round trip.
